  2. Pickup and Return:

    • Once your refund request is approved, we will call you within 48 working hours.
    • The product must be packed in its original box along with all included accessories and order details.
  3. Refund:

    • Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected. In case of a missing item, the refund request will be canceled.

Conditions for Returns

Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:
